طلباء کی پروموشن، وزارتِ قانون کی طرف سے ترمیم کے احکامات، طلباء پریشان
وزارت قانون کی جانب سے قانون میں ترمیم کرنے کے احکامات کی وجہ سے میٹرک اور انٹر لیول کے طلباء پریشان ہوگئےتھے۔ بہر حال ، بورڈ کے عہدیداروں نے یقین دلایا کہ صوبے بھر میں طلبہ کو پالیسی کے مطابق اگلی کلاس میں ترقی دی جائے گی۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق ، وزارت قانون نے تعلیمی بورڈز کو میٹرک اور انٹرمیڈیٹ لیول کے طلباء کو پروموٹ کرنے سے متعلق قواعد میں ترمیم کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے جس کے بعد طلباء میں اضطراب کی لہر دوڑ گئی۔واضح رہے کہ میٹرک اور انٹرمیڈیٹ کے طلباء کو بغیر امتحانات کے پرموٹ کرنے کی سمری پر کچھ دن پہلے ہی اعتراض اٹھایا گیا تھا۔

بورڈ کے عہدیداروں نے مزید کہا کہ ، “اگر قانون کی بد انتظامی کی وجہ سے طلباء کو بغیر امتحانات کے ترقی دینے کی سمری بھیج دی گئی ہے تو یہ تعلیمی اداروں کا معاملہ ہے”۔انہوں نے کہا کہ وزارت تعلیم ، وزارت قانون اور بورڈ خود اس معاملے کا خیال رکھیں گے۔ بورڈ کو قواعد میں ترمیم کرنا ہوں گی۔ طلباء کو اس سلسلے میں پریشان نہیں ہونا چاہئے۔ بورڈ کے عہدیداروں کے مطابق ، تمام طلبا کو پالیسی کے مطابق ترقی دی جاتی ہے
واضح رہے کہ کوویڈ 19 کی وجہ سے تمام تعلیمی سرگرمیاں بند کردی گئیں ہیں اور تمام طلباء کو بغیر کسی امتحان کے اگلی کلاسوں میں ترقی دی گئی تھی۔ پہلے مرحلے میں کلاس اوّل سے کلاس ہفتم کے طلباء کو اگلی کلاسوں میں بغیر امتحان کے ترقی دینے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا تھا۔ لیکن بعد میں ، وزیر تعلیم شفقت محمود نے یہ اعلان کیا کہ نویں ، دسویں ،فرسٹ ائیر اور سیکنڈ ائیر کے طلباء کو بغیر کسی امتحان کے اگلی کلاس میں ترقی دے دی گئی ہے۔
