Eat light meal in the early evening:-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Eat a light meal in the early evening; otherwise hunger \u2013 a primitive alerting response \u2013 can stop you sleeping. Moisten the bed with Aloe Vera:-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">You should moisten the bed with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/7-amazing-uses-aloe-vera\">Aloe Vera<\/a> and then go to bed. Fill an empty bottle with cold water:-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Fill an empty spray or perfume bottle with cold water and keep it close to you, spray it behind your face, buttocks and knees. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">6. Wear light cotton dresses:-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">When you sleep at night, wear light cotton dresses like pajamas and a light shirt. Don&#8217;t eat spicy foods:-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Don&#8217;t eat spicy foods but if it is necessary to eat some spicy foods, eat at least three hours before going to bed. Doing so will give your body a feeling of coolness. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">8. Moisten you pillows and bed sheets:-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Before going to bed, moisten pillows and bed sheets with water so that when you lie down, you will feel cool and sleep will be very good. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">9. Pour water on your body:-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Take a bath before you going to bed or pour some water on the lower body before going to bed, this changes the body temperature and protects from heat.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">10. Close the windows and doors:-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">If you are using a room cooler, cover the curtains and close the windows and doors before running it.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">11.
